Amelia runs our styling arm: partial styling that works around your furniture, or full furniture hire for empty homes. Everything installed in a day, photographed that week, packed down after settlement.

Walkthrough
Amelia inspects, photographs every room and marks what stays, what goes, what's worth fixing.
Written plan and quote
Room-by-room plan with costs and the expected impact on buyer interest. You approve before anything moves.
Declutter day
We help pack, store and repair. About 40% of the final look is subtraction, not addition.
Install
Furniture, art, bedding, greenery — all in one day. The house looks different by dinner.
Photography
Shot within 48 hours of install while everything's fresh. We coordinate directly with the photographer.
Pack-down
After contracts exchange we collect everything. You never see the furniture again — that's the point.

Amelia's styled more than 160 homes for sale across the south-west. Her rule: if it doesn't photograph better, it doesn't stay. She measures success in enquiry numbers, not compliments.
She's blunt about what buyers actually notice — light, space, smell — and happily tells you which of your furniture pieces have to go into storage for six weeks.
